INNATEX is a trade fair for the textile sector.

The registration of trade visitors guarantees to exhibitors and the specialist trade that the fair will run smoothly. Visitors to INNATEX come from specialist retailers, the mail-order trade and other major distributors. Over 2000 visitors from all around the world regularly attend INNATEX to pick up the latest trends in sustainable fashion.

As evidence of your status as a trade visitor, we accept trade licences, entries in commercial registers and similar. We check a random sample of the evidence provided. If you are still in the process of forming your business and therefore do not have such proofs available, we’d be pleased to help. Please send us a brief outline of your plans to service@innatex.de.
If you are attending the fair as a trade visitor, you are welcome to bring a companion with you.

Entry is free of charge for everyone.

Please note that visitors to INNATEX must register and generate their tickets online (print and fold) in advance of the fair. It will NOT be possible to register on arrival.

Our hygiene and safety concept also requires you to provide your full details when registering for the event. This is the only way for people to be identified and contacted quickly, should there be a Covid-19 outbreak.

To respond adequately to surges in the number of attendees, we will ask visitors to choose time slots during the registration process so that we can see in the run-up to the fair when waiting times can be expected and access restrictions may be needed.

The times you mentioned are a guideline for us. In 2020 and 2021 we have not yet had to close the hall due to too many visitors.

If you are travelling by car, there are over 600 free parking spaces directly in front of or in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition hall. Please follow the directions in our parking guide.

You can find the INNATEX catalogue online under the menu BRANDS. With our brand list you can conveniently view more detailed information about the exhibitors and edit your personal list of favorites in advance of your visit to the show or directly on site.

The product classifications of our exhibitors, an abbreviated brand list and the hall plans are still available in printed form on site.

Restore your energy levels when they start flagging and revitalise yourself for successful deals. Our partner FOOD & FIRE Catering will tempt you with fresh regional and certified organic treats and delicacies.

In the summer, in the outdoor catering area, we concentrate on our core competencies, barbecues and grills. In the winter we invite you into our newly designed Kitchen No. 1 in the exhibition hall.

We also offer a wide range of vegetarian and vegan foods, of course, to cater for all tastes. Let yourself be spoilt.

If you arrive by train, we recommend using Frankfurt Airport or Frankfurt Central station.

If you decide to take the train to Frankfurt Airport, you can also use our free Airport Shuttle. The timetable can also be found on this page.

To reach our Frankfurt airport shuttle stop from the main Frankfurt train station, take commuter train S8 or S9 in the direction of Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof. Note: watch for signs to the S-Bahn platforms which are on the north side below the main platforms. Get off at the stop: Frankfurt Flughafen “Regionalbahnhof”.

Please note: the stop Fernbahnhof Flughafen is further from our shuttle stop than is the Regionalbahnhof Flughafen, which is why we recommend the latter.

When travelling by car, you can use our car park with over 660 spaces next to the exhibition hall.

Exit 8 (Wallau/Flörsheim)

• Stay in the right-hand lane at the traffic lights
• Follow the signs to the »Industriegebiet Wallau«
• After passing under the motorway bridge, turn right at the traffic lights
• Turn left into the »Industriegebiet Wallau«
• Take the first right and proceed to the Messecenter Rhein-Main
• P1, located 100 metres farther down on the right-hand side

 Exit 10 (Diedenbergen)

• Drive straight on until you reach the roundabout
• Leave the roundabout at the third exit
• Follow the main road towards the »Industriegebiet Wallau«
• Turn right into the »Industriegebiet Wallau«
• Take the first right, proceed to the Messecenter Rhein-Main and P1 located 100 metres farther down on the right-hand side

Your destination Airport is Rhein-Main-Flughafen Frankfurt (FRA)

YOU CAN REACH THE LONG-DISTANCE BUS PARKING AREA P36 BY LEAVING THE TERMINAL 1, ARRIVALS AREA C THROUGH DOOR 8 AND HEADING STRAIGHT ALONG THE FOOTPATH TO THE RIGHT.

Please follow the signs for the bus parking along the footpath.
At P36 you will find our shuttle coordination at the shuttle stop, who will be happy to help you.
